1970's maxi dress in black with high contrast orangey red pop around the neckline and sleeves and super cool highly dimensional gold trim. This dress is everything that is right about 70's fashion - it is a BOLD statement piece. It has buttons up the front and below them is a hook and eye with a snap inside for the closure. The sleeve cuffs match the neckline with the red pop and the trim and there is a super sexy slit up the front. For sure not a wallflower dress, it is so dramatically beautiful. I love how the detail on front goes all the way around the back it is an empire shape and the bodice fits tight, and the skirt has little puckers at the top, but fits in a way that is very flattering.
The brand tag says "Domino fashion inc" and there is still a cardboard lot/size tag so I don't believe this dress has been worn. I got this dress from the local estate of a super classy woman who had amazing success in real estate, her name was "Sherma" and everything I got from her has high drama super glamorous 70s vibes, I'm a little obsessed with her. This dress is in amazing condition, as you can see, it presents like new and I don't believe it was worn. It's worth noting that the buttons on the bodice are a little hard to button up, but totally worth the effort as this is not an everyday item, nothing crazy but this nice poly is just not super silky so it takes a little time. No holes, stains or odors, ready to wear!
