1950's purple wrap front floral fit and flare dress fully restored size small 27" waist

1950's fit and flare dress with a stunning floral print in shades and black white and periwinkle blue. This dress has a unique front wrap design with covered buttons on the bodice and a wide set sailor style collar that goes around the back. There is a hook and eye holding in the front at the waist and in addition to the buttons there are snaps to keep everything in just the right place. Classic 50s silhouette with a flowing full pleated skirt. The fabric is a silky soft rayon crepe. 

No tags and it is possible this dress was handmade. Fully washed and restored with no holes stains or odors. However there were some repairs made - a few holes in the right under arm area as well as on the left side of the front of the bodice. These were whip stitched with matching thread by hand and are super solid now. I've shown repairs in photos but they are unseen when worn. Presents beautifully! 

Size small but long waisted so best fit for a taller person not a very petite person. The measurements are as follows:

Shoulder to waist - 16.5"-17"

Waist to hem - 29"
