Early 1970's navy blue textured fabric wiggle dress with a wide v-neck and ivory white buttons down the skirt. I've shown this belted, but it is loose through the waist and would be cute worn with or without. The poly fabric is so cool, it has really nice dimension and is very lightweight wtih a bit of stretch. This dress has a barely cap sleeve and is super versatile for any season. Closure is a matching talon zipper down the back.
Brand tag says "Kevin Stuart Petites" a brand I've had a pleasure to sell quite a few times. Condition is excellent. Deep dark navy with no fade, washed and clean, no holes, stains or odors. Presents beautifully.
This dress is shown on my model Annie who is a modern 6 with a 34/27/37. Best fit for this dress is around a modern 6 to 8 - very cute belted but the belt shown is not included. The measurements are as follows:

Hips - 38"
