1990's vintage designer wool skirt by DKNY. This skirt is pencil cut and made from a stunning lightweight wool in a beautiful and quite unique color, it sometimes look brown and sometimes looks more like a dark army green - I've shot it in a variety of lights to try and give you a good idea of this interesting hue. The skirt is fully lined, with a kind of sarong closure that has 3 hook and eyes on one side and two buttons on the other. To me the most distinctive feature of this skirt is the waistline which has a cool fold-over design that flaps over the buttons. When you interact with this skirt, you can tell it is designer as the fabric is just gorgeously soft and the construction is so beautiful.
The tag in the back of the waistline says "DKNY Donna Karen New York" and there is a fabric/care/size tag as well. I found the tag in the label resources of the fashion guild so I feel confident on the dating. Condition is excellent! No holes, stains, or odors, presents almost like new.
This skirt fit my model beautifully, she is a smallish size 6. The size tag says 8, but to me the waist is a bit small for a modern 8. The measurements are as follows:
Waist - 26.5"
Hips - 37"
Length - 23.25"
