1970's maxi dress with an insane rainbow novelty print featuring apples, grapes, pears, cherries and little hearts with dots around them. The print on this dress is so wonderful and looks 30s even though the dress is clearly 70s. It has short bell sleeves with eyelet lace trim that matches the eyelet lace bib that has ties that go around the empire waist. The dress makes an a-line shape all the way down to a maxi length. 100% cotton with a black back zipper.
No tags and there are indications this was handmade. It came fro the estate of Ruth Johnson. It has been washed and any little seam separations are fixed and repaired. The biggest problem was some areas of fade most prominent on the right sleeve but with paint markers I was able to fill this is so you really don't see it now. There is still a fade spot on the front but it is squarely under the bib of the dress so completely unseen when worn. Condition is excellent with years of wear to go.

Bust - 36"
Waist - 37" (has a tie)
Hips - 44"
Length - 51.5"
Shoulder - 14.5"
