1970’s blue maxi dress, flocked flower polka dot print, lace trim, tiered ruffle layers sheer sleeves with square neckline

1970’s maxi dress in the most stunning print, white flocked flowers, green stems and tiny polka dots on a sky blue background. It has long sheer poof sleeves that snap at the cuff and a square neckline. The details of this dress are highlighted by a pretty lace trim, it's around the neckline, at the sleeve cuffs, and between the 4 tiers of this dress to the very bottom. The tiers are gathered for a ruffle effect and for maximum fullness. It has an empire cut, tight on the bust and smallest right below the bust with a full and flowing skirt. There's a silky underdress and the print fabric is a sheer over-layer that is so dramatic in the print. Closure is a matching talon back zipper. This dress has all the prairie cottage vibes that were so popular at this time, but it also has a certain polish, so pretty!

No tags as I believe this dress was handmade. Condition is excellent. No holes, stains or odors, freshly washed and cleaned, presents beautifully!

Size is a modern XS or around a modern 0-2. It did not zip all the way on my dress form which has a 34 bust and a 25.5 waist. It was just the tightest point of the empire waist so please double check measurements.
