1980's vibrant rainbow colors striped pullover sweater by Esprit Sport. This sweater has a beautiful chunky knit and the colors are so vibrant in salmon pink, red, turquoise, purple, orange, and yellow. I love the pattern with some thick stripes and some are super thin, it's so graphic and cool. There is a fabric tag but it's not readable so I'm not positive what the fabric is but the other Esprit sweaters I have from this time are an acrylic wool or cotton blend. It is nice and soft on the skin and has lovely stretch. It has a crew neckline and a kind of blouson shape with the shoulder seam falling off the shoulder, classic 80s silhouette.
Brand tag says "Esprit Sport" and it also has a S size tag and tells us it was made in Taiwan. The fabric/care tag in the inside seam is worn off. Condition is excellent! Freshly washed with no holes, stains or odors. I removed a tiny touch of balling but there was very little. Presents beautifully with many years of wear to go.
Size tag says small but it measures more like a modern M/L. However it would be cute worn oversized on a small frame. The measurements are as follows:
Bust - 40-44"
Bottom hem - 32-37"
Length - 21"
Shoulder - 20.5" (dropped)
Sleeve - 20.25" (short from dropped shoulder)
