Late 1970's to early 1980's 3 piece dress set. This is such a darling vintage set, the dress is color blocked with a lovely textured navy on top that buttons up the bodice to a square neckline. The skirt, belt and jacket are all a lovely pinstriped of pink and navy on a white background. The stripes are oriented diagonally on the skirt and they meet up at the center seams. The skirt is cut from 4 panels and has beautiful fullness and movement when worn. The little short sleeved bolero jacket has the cutest design. The stripes are oriented vertically with a long collar on either side that buttons at the bottom, a very cool detail. The belt has the stripes horizontal so they are going 3 different directions which is actually so beautiful all together. These pieces would be darling on their own but they are perfect worn together.
Brand tag says "Missy H" and there is no fabric or care information but I think it is a lovely lightweight poly. Condition is excellent! No holes, stains, or odors, freshly washed and ready to wear. As you can see, it presents like a dream.
Size is a modern large or around an 8-10. With the elastic waist it can accommodate a variety of sizes. Shown here on me and I am 5'7" with a 41/31/41 for reference. The measurements are as follows:
Jacket:
Bust - 40" but open
Length - 17.5"
Shoulder - 15.25"
Dress:
Bust - 40.5"
Waist - 25-32"
Hips - open
Shoulder to waist - 16.25" (worn blouson)
Waist to hem - 28.75"
Belt - 5 holes from 29.5 to 33"
