Early 1960’s Lilli Diamond black dress with single shoulder and stunning chiffon cape off the shoulder

Early 1960’s Lilli Diamond LBD. Single shoulder with dramatic chiffon detail that attaches with hooks. Figure flattering shift silhouette. The skirt is beautifully draped with two pleats one one side creating a lovely shape. Fully lined with a talon back zipper and hook and eye at the top and at the waist.

Designer label Lilli Diamond. Condition is excellent. There is the tiniest touch of what looks to me like deodorant under the arms but after my quick soak it’s barely there. The chiffon has a few small holes. The previous owner had pinned it so it went part of the way in front and there are teeny holes from that as well as a bit of thinning and damage close to the right side. I’ve tried to show it but it’s very hard to even see. This little damage to the chiffon is why this nearly perfect dress is priced gently.
