Late 1950's sparkly gold lurex wiggle dress - there is actually gold and silver in the fabric and it has subtle stripes in it's design going vertically down. Cut in such a flattering classic 50s wiggle silhouette with dolman half sleeves and thoughtful darting for a very sexy shape. Fully lined with a metal back zipper closure.
Brand tag says "Nat Turoff Chicago" and there are the remnants of a lot tag next to that. Condition is excellent. Clean as can be with no holes, stains or odors. One of the sleeves hems was coming out which I easily stitched back up and it's super solid now. As you can see it presents beautifully with years of wear to go.
Size is a modern M/L or around a 6 to 8. It was darling unpinned on my model Annie who is 5'6" and about a 34/28/39. The measurements are as follows:
Bust - 40"
Waist - 29.5-30" max
Hips - 40" max
Shoulder to waist - 16.5"
Waist to hem - 23.75" (generous seam allowance)
