1970's rainbow floral girls dress. This dress has the most darling print of little flowers in yellow, pink, and blue with little stems. It has a very cute silhouette, full throughout with a flowing skirt. It has a white lace trimmed peter pan collar with a bow in the center. The bottom hem has a big ruffle defined by more ribbon and lace and the lace trim is repeated at the end of the sleeves with elastic making a ruffle cuff. The dress is flat across the shoulder yoke with loads of pin-tucks in front and back which create the beautiful fulness and movement when worn. Closure is a matching red talon zipper down the back. The red floral fabric is easy to wear and wash cotton.
No tags in this dress and it is likely handmade. Condition is excellent! Freshly washed with no holes, stains or odors. No flaws to report, presents like a dream!
Size is around a childrens 8 to 10 year old. I've shown it here on my daughter who was 9 at the time and it was a cute fit - she's about average size for her age. For best fit compare these measurements to a garment that fits your child well.
