Early 1970's rainbow chevron striped shirtdress

$46.00

Early 1970's pastel rainbow chevron shirtwaist dress featuring the most stunning print of light purple, green, orange, yellow, pink, and blue zig-zag stripes set diagonally and lined up perfectly in front and back. The buttons are a plastic light grey and they go halfway down a pointed button panel in front and are also on the sleeve cuffs. The construction is so thoughtful that even the stripes on the button panel match perfectly with the diagonal stripes on either side. Also there are snaps between each button just to keep everything in place, a detail a very much appreciate as a busty gal. The collar is classic 70s drama - long and pointed and so cool. Made from a lovely soft poly, super easy to wash and wear. I've shown it here as a sheath dress but it would be darling belted as well. Just a classic example of cool early 70s fashion.

Brand tag says "An Original by Parves Feinstein" and condition is excellent. Freshly washed and clean. No holes, stains or odors. No snags, no balling, presents beautifully with years of wear to go.

Size is a modern M or around a 6-8. The measurements are as follows:

Bust - 37"
Waist - 35" (but would be cute belted)
Hips - 40"
Length - 42"
Shoulder - 15.5"
Sleeve - 23.75"
