Early 1960’s grey floral fit and flare dress with a collared neckline, zip front, and matching belt. This dress has a very 50s 60s silhouette and is made from a lovely fabric that feels to me like a lightweight poly or nylon of some kind, very soft with nice movement. It is rare to find a zip front with such a flattering fit. The zipper is hidden under a panel down the front with snaps at the top and waist to keep everything in place. The matching belt is in fantastic shape and the dress presents like new.
I've had a few of this brand before, very well made and easy to wash and wear. The tag says "Shelton Stroller" and the condition is truly excellent. Freshly washed with no holes, stains, or odors. Just a beautiful dress that appears to have been hardly worn.
Size is a modern XS or around a size 4, but could possibly fit a smaller 6 as well. It fit my dress form perfectly which is 34/25.5/35 and the measurements of the dress are as follows:
Bust - 35.5"
Waist - 25.5"
Hips - open
Shoulder to waist - 15.75" (worn a bit blousey)
Waist to hem - 26"
Shoulder - 15.25"
